Types of print we Do 01

Imported 12 color STORMAC rotary printing machine , is used for allover prints. We also use Flat bed printing if it is required for any technical necessity. Chest prints are done using MHM Printing machines or semi automatic chest printing machines.Manual tables are used when the Type of printing can only done in manual tables

Creative Prints

Print decorations we add are PIGMENT PRINTS, DISCHARGE PRINTS, REACTIVE PRINTS AND \ WATER BASE PRINTS. We can produce any type of creative printing to meet the trends or customer requirements

Curing

Prints are cured in imported curing machines fo fuse them uniformly and to give them a good finish.

Fabric Checking and Testing 02

If any fabric in-housed we must check the each and every roll of the fabric and do the following test before start cutting for all of our customers, 1 Shrinkage Control 2.Colour Fastness 3.GSM 4.Spirality

Dyeing and Finishing

We place great importance on making the fell and finish of the fabric good. Color prediction and matching are done using computerized equipments. Good fabric quality ensures our final products stands quantity required by buyers

Soft flow Dyeing

Dyeing is done is latest soft flow machines. This ensures even coloring and streaks free finish, yarn is dyed in HTHP dyeing vessels. Only AZO free dyes are used in the process.

Drying

Relax Dyer are used to dry the fabric. the latest process ensure soft and perfect finish to the fabric

Squeezing

To remove moisture from dyed fabrics latest squeezers (Balloon Padders) are used. Ensures minimum strain on fabric and retains the feel/structure of the fabric

Inspection 03

Inspection is built into our process of garment manufacture. Size Sets, Fabric Lots, Dye Lots, Pre-production and Mid-Production inspections are conducted by QC's. Finally, packed goods are inspected by our feam to give 100% peace of mind towards the quality of merchandise being shipped
